Overview

This release adds support for the MeteoLaser lidar, introduces the public API and campaign-level MCP access control, and includes a range of fixes and usability improvements across campaign management, alerts, and the notification centre. Quality Control receives further updates for beta users.

New Features

MeteoLidar Support

• The MeteoLaser (sold by Ammonit, based on Molas B300 hardware) is now supported as a lidar type. Files are imported as 10-minute average CSV files. Pitch/roll alerts are configured in line with Windcube V2.1, and pressure/temperature/humidity flatline alerts account for optional met station installation. Height offset can be configured in the campaign setup.

Public API

• Moli now offers a public API, allowing programmatic access to your campaign data. API documentation is available directly in the app. Personal Access Tokens (PAT) can be created in your account settings — copy your token on creation, as it cannot be shown again.

MCP Access — Campaign-Level Control

• MCP access can now be controlled at the campaign level. Previously, enabling MCP access at the organisation level granted access to all campaigns. Individual campaigns must now be explicitly activated for MCP access by a campaign admin — no campaign is accessible via MCP by default, even when the organisation has MCP enabled.
• Campaign-level MCP access follows the same permissions as raw data access: campaign members and admins can query data via MCP, guests cannot.
• When MCP access is activated for a campaign, a logbook entry is automatically created recording who enabled it and when.

Quality Control Updates (Beta)

• When activating QC on a campaign, a selection step now lets users choose which rule templates to include. All templates are selected by default; individual templates can be unchecked before activation.
• QC rules now have an explanation toggle in the rule header, switching between the condition view and a plain-language description of what the rule does. Custom rules can include a user-written explanation. Rule names have been cleaned up to remove redundant flag-type labels.

Patches

October 14, 2026

• Fixed outlier alert incidents grouping multiple alerts into a single logbook entry and showing them as ongoing. Each outlier alert is now shown as a separate logbook entry and closed correctly when the outlier is time-limited.
• Fixed an issue where a scheduled campaign end date could not be deleted, and the campaign configuration still showed the end campaign option even after an end date had already been set.
