Proposed updates to the Data Protection Policy

The proposed version 3 of the data protection policy was released for review on September 6, 2024 and will become valid on September 23, 2024. Existing users will be contacted to explain the changes to the data protection policy. Click here to review version 3.

Users starting to use Moli after September 6 2024 should note that version 3 of the data protection policy will come into force on September 23, 2024.

The main scope of changes is:

  1. Change of language from “wind lidar” data to “wind measurement” data.
  2. Update of §11 on “use of wind lidar data” (now “use of wind measurement data”) to emphasise that we will not use your data without your approval.

Users are encouraged to check that these changes are acceptable.

Continued use of Moli after September 23, 2024 will be taken to mean your acceptance of the new data protection policy. If you do not wish to use Moli further, please contact [email protected].
